Returns Policy

At Flavizz we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product, and we are committed to ensure fair and transparent returns processes. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities as a consumer when returning products purchased from us.

1. Right to Return:

1.1 You have the right to return a product within a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase if it is defective, unsafe, or not of the quality reasonably expected under the circumstances.

1.2 The right to return also applies if the product does not meet the specific purpose communicated by us or if it was falsely advertised.

1.3 Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided when returning a product.

2. Return Procedure:

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact the Flavizz team within a reasonable time frame, preferably within 7 (seven) days of discovering the defect or issue. You can reach our team at [email protected].

2.2 Our team will guide you through the returns process and may request additional information or documentation to support your return request.

2.3 Products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items that may have been included with the purchase.

2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

2.5 Flavizz will only accept returns of hygiene and care items (including cleaning tablets, CLARIS filter cartridges and descaling tablets) when they are returned unopened and in their original packaging. 

2.6 This Returns Policy does not apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.

2.7 You will be responsible for paying postage on any items due to cancellation, change of mind.

3. Refunds and Replacements:

3.1 After assessing the returned product, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

3.2 If the product is found to be defective, unsafe, or not of the quality reasonably expected, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement, as determined by us.

3.3 If a refund is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.4 If a replacement or repair is agreed upon, we will strive to do so within a reasonable time frame and without causing significant inconvenience to you.

4. Dispute Resolution:

4.1 If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a return or refund, we encourage you to contact the Flavizz team to resolve the issue.

5. Warranty Information:

5.1 In addition to the returns policy outlined above, certain products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms will be provided by the manufacturer and may vary between products.

5.2 If a product develops a defect during the warranty period, you may be entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded as per the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

5.3 Please refer to the specific warranty documentation accompanying the product for detailed information on how to make a warranty claim.

6. Cancellation of Orders:

6.1 If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact the Flavizz team as soon as possible.

6.2 If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process outlined in this Returns Policy.

7. Change of Mind Returns:

7.1 While we strive to accommodate our customers, we are not obliged to accept returns or provide refunds for products due to a change of mind.

7.2 However, we may consider accepting returns or providing refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:

– The product is returned within 7(seven) days of purchase.
– The product is in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
– The product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
– A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is provided.

7.3 Please note that other charges may apply for change of mind returns.

8. Goods arrived damaged:

If your goods arrives in a damaged condition, with missing parts or accessories, or is non-functional, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To initiate the process, please inform us within 7(seven) days by submitting a return request on our website as soon as possible.

In order to determine where the damage may have occurred during the delivery process, we kindly request the following information:

A photograph of the outer box, including any Fragile stickers.
A photograph of the inside of the box, showcasing the inner packaging.
A photograph of the damaged item itself.

If deemed necessary, we will arrange for the collection of the product from your location at no additional cost. Once we have thoroughly inspected the product or reviewed the provided photographs and confirmed your return, we will proceed as per your preference:

If the product is available, we will provide a replacement.

If preferred, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you originally utilized for the purchase.
